The clinical notes section allows clinicians to write free-text notes about each visit. These are time-stamped. Within these notes, there are also a number of check-lists working as an aide-memoire and improving patient safety.

All information required by regulatory authorities is recorded. Checklists work as an aide-memoire to help when caring for patients with specific medical histories, or when administering live vaccines.

The system allows for any number of biochemistry and pathology tests to be recorded. This is particularly useful for our occupational health patients.

Additional patient documents can be uploaded as pdf’s and saved into the patient records.

Check-lists are now a fundamental part of healthcare safety. Time-stamped notes cannot be altered within a certified time-frame. Vaccine records can be emailed to patients. All notes are stored in a secure, on-line server.
